Stuart will be donating an original painting to the Central Caribbean Marine Institute, to be auctioned off at the Festival of Seas 2019: Coral Carnival event, this coming November.

This gala fundraiser invites guests to celebrate the beauty, activity, vibrant colours, and endless energy of healthy coral reefs with CCMI.

Festival of Seas is CCMI’s largest annual fundraiser and provides the funding necessary to continue their important work for the year to come.

The piece being donated, entitled: “Boop!”, was inspired by an incredible moment between two hawksbill turtles, captured by Cayman-based marine photographer Dan Hollis.

It is a 30”x40” mixed acrylic on canvas painting valued at CI$3,500.

Commenting on the event, Stuart said: “I am delighted to be able to contribute to the event in some small capacity. I hope the piece fetches a great price at the silent auction and that we are able to raise an astounding sum to allow CCMI to continue with their incredible work.”
